Production Runner (C-Shift)

Description

A Production Runner drives customer success by ensuring print jobs and documents are delivered and scanned to various assigned slots and locations throughout the production floor. A Production Runner must be flexible and well organized, and pay close attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and pull appropriate print jobs and documents by priority in a timely manner
Transport documents to appropriate location within the production floor
Read and comprehend job paperwork to ensure proper transport location
When needed scan print jobs or documents to the next step in the process and stage those jobs in the proper slots for continued processing
Others tasks as assigned

Skills Knowledge and Expertise

High School Diploma or equivalent required
At least 6 months experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment
Must be dependable, flexible and have the ability to work overtime with little or no notice
Entry level computer experience required
Will need to know who to use a pallet jack
Attention to Detail: Performs tasks and completes responsibilities according to prescribed standards
Change Management: Rapidly adapts to unexpected situations and/or obstacles, while remaining composed and focused
Communication Skills: Listens to understand and asks clarifying questions when written messages are unclear
